The Tayler Studios provides a delivery service that covers a 16 mile radius from the boutique in Newmarket.
If you are unsure of whether your intended address meets ours catchment area or have a wedding or event further afield, please contact the boutique on 01638 665163 to discuss your requirements with a member of the team.
We cannot offer timed deliveries, except for funeral tributes, events and weddings. If you have a specific requirement for delivery (for example the recipient works between certain hours) please contact us directly and we shall endeavour to help.
Our standard delivery service operates between 8am – 6pm. After hours deliveries and Sunday delivery will incur a sur charge.
A single delivery attempt will be made. In the event that the recipient is not available to sign for the delivery, we will attempt to leave the item(s) in a safe place or with a neighbour who is willing to take responsibility for the delivery. A delivery note will be left at the delivery address detailing this action.
Please provide as much information as possible regarding the delivery. Our Delivery Team will refer to this. The Tayler Studios reserve the right to contact the recipient using the details on your Order Form should we have a delivery problem.
If the recipient/ neighbours are not present and there is no – where deemed safe to leave the item(s), they will be returned to the boutique and a delivery note will be left informing the recipient to collect from The Tayler Studios.
If the recipient is physically unable to collect the item(s), a new delivery date will be arranged with the recipient at The Tayler Studios earliest convenience.
The Tayler Studios are not responsible for theft or damage of flowers, plants, sundries or other items if left.
If the delivery is to locations where a third party is involved, i.e. offices, hospitals, airports, hotels and any other business locations, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient and any delays are the not the responsibility of The Tayler Studios.
We regret that where goods have been correctly delivered to the address you have provided, we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved elsewhere, or is away. The order will be returned to the boutique and you will receive notification of that action. A re-delivery charge will apply.
